Whale & Dolphin Roadshow

For the last two years the SDWF have invited the Whale and Dolphin Roadshow to Kilrush as part of the Shannon Dolphin Festival. These life sized models of many different species of whales and dolphins were used in many events for children including face painting, dolphin rescue and a Dolfun Day at the Scattery Island Centre. The SDWF hope to organise a week long series of school visits in the area during 2004 as part of its education work.
