Shannon Dol-fun Art and Poetry Competition

The Shannon Dolphin and Wildlife Foundation in collaboration with the Kilrush Dolphin Gateway are organizing an art and poetry competition. The theme of the competition is:

Dolphins and the Sea-life of the Shannon estuary

There will be two categories and two age groups

Category 1: Art, Category 2: Poetry

Age Groups: Classes: 1st – 3rd, Classes: 4th – 6th

Individuals can enter both categories but can only submit one entry to each category. Please advise us which category and age class you are entering.

Closing date for entries is 21st May
Winners will be announced and on 5th June

All entries will be on display at the Scattery Island Centre from 5th June. Prizes will be presented on 5th June by Derek Mooney of RTE “Mooney Goes Wild” in the Scattery Island Centre.
