ISCOPE Training day

A training day on identification and recording of cetaceans will be held on 3 July, 2004 in the Scattery Island Centre, Kilrush, Co Clare.

This one day course will show you how to identify stranded cetaceans from skull and other features and how to measure sex and record this event.

The course will also explore how to identify cetaceans at sea, including how to look for vital cues as to their presence as well as means of identification.

This course is run under ISCOPE, an initiative of the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group (see www.iwdg.ieLink to external site: www.iwdg.ie).
