Second new dolphin-watch operator in the Shannon estuary

A second new dolphin-watch operator has been given permission from the National Parks and Wildlife Service to dolphinwatch in the Shannon estuary during 2005.

Cathal and Tom Blunnie from Kilrush have a steel boat and will operate from Kilrush Creek Marina and Cappa Pier.

This is the second new operator given permission for 2005 following Michael Fennell from Kilbaha.
